Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made between QueueMerge, operated by EmailBuilder.ai ("we", "us", "our"), and you ("You" or "Your").

QueueMerge provides a Gmail™ add-on that merges Google Sheets™ data with email templates and queues personalized emails for one-by-one sending (the "Services") through the Google Workspace Marketplace and the website at queuemerge.com (the "Site").

By installing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Access to the Services

QueueMerge is a free Gmail™ add-on that uses your Google identity for authentication. No separate account, API key, or subscription is required. You are responsible for all use of the Services under your Google account.

2. QueueMerge Gmail™ Add-on

QueueMerge allows users to connect Google Sheets™ data with email templates and generate a queue of personalized emails for one-by-one sending via Gmail™ compose. QueueMerge does not require a separate account or subscription. QueueMerge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue QueueMerge at any time without notice.

3. Restrictions

You will not:

  • Use the Services in any unlawful manner or for spam, harassment, or other abusive purposes.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any Software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
  • Access the Services through automated means other than provided interfaces.
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with Google Workspace (Gmail™, Google Sheets™). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, Site, and related technology are owned by us. You are granted no rights except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Our name, logo, and product names are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $10.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QueueMerge and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the add-on.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
