QueueMerge ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we collect and process your personal data when you use our website at queuemerge.com ("Site") or our Gmail™ add-on and related services ("Services"). By using our Site or Services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

QueueMerge Gmail™ Add-on

QueueMerge is a Gmail™ Add-on that merges Google Sheets™ data with email templates and queues personalized emails for one-by-one sending via Gmail™ compose.

  • Data collected: QueueMerge stores user-specific configuration data on our servers, including: linked Google Sheets™ URLs and column mappings, email templates (subject and body), message queues generated from sheet data and templates, and the user's Google Account email address for identification purposes.
  • Google Sheets™ data: QueueMerge reads column headers and row data from Google Sheets™ spreadsheets that the user explicitly provides via URL. This data is used solely to generate personalized email content through merge tags. Sheet data is read using the spreadsheets.readonly scope — QueueMerge never modifies the user's spreadsheets.
  • Gmail™ compose access: QueueMerge uses the gmail.addons.current.action.compose scope to insert merged email content (HTML body, subject line, and recipient) into the user's current Gmail™ compose draft. QueueMerge does not access, read, or modify any other emails, threads, or drafts in the user's mailbox.
  • No account required: QueueMerge uses your Google identity for authentication. No separate registration, API keys, or additional credentials are required.
  • No third-party sharing: User data stored by QueueMerge (sheets, templates, queues) is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties.
  • Data retention: User data is retained for as long as the user's account is active. Users may delete their sheets, templates, and queues at any time from within the add-on.
  • No advertising: QueueMerge does not use any Google user data for advertising, analytics, AI model training, or any purpose other than providing the mail merge functionality.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the functioning of our Site. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a business need to know.

International Transfers

Your personal data may be stored and processed in the United States or any country where we have operations or engage service providers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
